Guernsey is renowned for its seafood: lobsters, crab, scallops, bass and turbot. The guest house gardens supplement the local supplies of fresh vegetables and herbs. It is their intention to let the fresh taste of these ingredients shine through and they pride themselves on the quality of their food.

Within the grounds they have created the perfect environment in which to relax; the Health Suite, incorporating sauna, solarium and spa pool.
