More about The Imperial
The Imperial is one of Guernsey's time honoured hotels and has proved a popular rendezous with tourists and locals alike for over one hundred years. Situated at the south-west tip of the island, its waterfront location with unrivalled seaviews offers guests the opportunity to experience our waters edge lifestyle. A drink on the terrace strenuously counting fishing boats or an after dinner stroll along deserted beaches taking in a sunset.
All our bedrooms have ensuite facilities, bath and W.C. or shower and W.C., colour televisions, central heating, hairdryers, direct dial telephones and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Seaview and balcony rooms available.
The restaurant has undergone extensive renovations. The 100 year old Dining Hall has been returned to it's former glory. Care has been taken to expose and restore the red pine walls and ceilings along with the King Frame Oak beams to their original condition. With the addition of a display kitchen, incorporating a Char-grill, guests can now enjoy a selection of dishes cooked to order within the restaurant. Residents can expect a full a la carte menu nightly. A small supplement may apply to a few speciality dishes such as lobster.
