Mid 2023, after numerous inspections this wonderful hotel has been awarded a 4 star status by Visit Guernsey. The Peninsula is a purpose built hotel facing the ocean on the north-west coast of Guernsey. The hotel is one of the largest on the island and sits within five acres of its own land, pretty much surrounded by the coast.
The facilities are comparable to those of a resort hotel with the outdoor swimming pool, pitch and putt, volleyball, pétanque and table tennis amongst the activities and entertainment on offer.

All rooms are en-suite and equipped with satellite television, hair dryer, direct-dial telephone, and tea and coffee facilities.

The Peninsula Restaurant
The restaurant offers a fixed price Table d’Hôte, changing daily in high season and weekly in the off peak season.
Bar Du Nord
Opens daily with a Gastro Menu, Lunchtime Sandwich menu and in the winter a Seasonal Sunday Lunch Menu.
Location
The Peninsula faces the magnificent Grand Havre Bay and has the sandy Baie de Port Grat at its rear.
Accessibility
The Peninsula offers full disabled facilities: full wheelchair access, lift to floors and two fully equipped rooms.

The Peninsula Hotel is in a quiet location, with good access to local beaches and has plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very good.

I have stayed here many times due to the location. I think it is quite pricey compared to other hotels on the island and the location is clearly factored into this.
