Arrival & Departure days
Arrivals must be on a Saturday or Sundaty for multiples of 7 nights. Occasionally short breaks or different arrival days may be available.
Accommodation
There is a collection of ten 2 bedroom cottages, one 3 bedroom cottage and one 3 bedroom apartment. All cottages are tastefully furnished and have a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, 32” widescreen TV, DVD player, WiFi, washing machine and central heating. All linens except beach towels are provided.
One of the 2 bedroom cottages is on the ground-floor and suitable for guests with mobility issues. This cottage is also perfect for families with children, as is at the rear of the complex, with a large decked area overlooking the garden.
A welcome pack with Guernsey produce, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, cheese, tomatoes and fruit, plus useful items such as kitchen roll, cling film, foil, washing-up liquid are provided on arrival.

The Ellingham has a large garden and guest facilities include a library, toys, games and beach equipment.
Location
The Ellingham is conveniently located near to restaurants, bars, shops, cliff paths, bays, attractions, a regular bus service and St Peter Port.
Accessibility
One ground floor apartment is suitable for wheelchair users.

Stayed in Prestige cottage. Although comfortable, clean and relaxed would not class it as prestige. Simon very approachable and cleaner very helpful. Loved Guernsey.
