About the Championship

Guernsey hosts the fourth and final stage of a brand-new catch and release event, in which pro anglers compete in both championship and privateer events.

The event starts in Conwy, before moving to Cowes, then Plymouth, with the exciting finale in Guernsey. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the competitors and become absorbed in what is due to be an exciting end to a huge competition.

From Thursday 14th November, teams will start to arrive, meet for photo shoots, media interviews and will have the opportunity to practice in local waters. Friday 15th November sees the start of the Championship rounds from 10am till 16pm, from 4pm into the evening will be a chance for meet and greets, prize giving and bbq. On Saturday 16th November the Privateers Cup takes place between 10am and 4pm, from 6pm the prize giving will commence.
